Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING

Because our Nite Caps are made fresh with each order, please allow 7 business days for processing. Expect an email within this timeframe to let you know your order is on the way! 

SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY

It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate. If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the purchaser will be required to cover any additional shipping costs to resend the package once the address has been corrected. Please double-check your shipping details to avoid delays or extra fees.

STORE PICKUP

At this time we don’t offer any store pickup directly from Ginger Table.


LOCAL DELIVERY

During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within 10 miles of our shop. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery. When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information. 

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

We do not offer flat rate shipping at this time.


DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Orders over $150 will receive free shipping. 


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

At this time we do not offer international shipping.


REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Due to the perishable nature of our Nite Caps, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you have experienced issues with your order, please reach out to hello@gingertable.com and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
